Wolfgang Kolb
Wolfgang Kolb (Germany, 1956) studied film at INSAS in Brussels. For several years, Kolb filmed the work of dancer and choreographer Roxane Huilmand while she was collaborating with the Rosas dance company and creating her own pieces. Together with Huilmand, Kolb created amongst others Muurwerk (1987), Hoppla! (1989), and Capricieuse, Aix ’89 (1990). Later, he made, amongst others, La Sainte Victoire and Vivre à Jette. In 2000, Kolb co-founded Danscentrumjette in Brussels. Since 2011, he has been a curator for L’art difficile de filmer la danse / International Dancefilmfestival Brussels.
